Booking Policies
Payment Policy
The remaining balance will be processed via Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay after services are provided. All deposits or payments for services are non-refundable once processed.
Late Policy
All clients will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for their appointment. After this grace period, a $10 late fee will apply upon arrival, and it will be at Kamala's discretion whether the appointment can be honored. Please note that your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You are required to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or schedule changes will result in your deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. Please note that your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
For day-of cancellations, a charge of 25% of the remaining balance will apply. In the case of a no-call/no-show, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
Additionally, all rescheduled appointments must be utilized within 60 days of the original service date.
COVID-19 Safety Requirements
Please arrive to your appointment wearing a mask that covers your mouth and nose. Clients receiving lash services are required to wear a mask during their entire appointment. This requirement is being implemented to ensure the safety of both the client and the artist during the provision of services.
