Booking Policies
Payment Policy
The remaining balance will be processed via Cash or Apple Pay after services are rendered. All deposits and payments for services are non-refundable once processed.
Late Policy
All clients will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive to their appointment. After this grace period, it will be at Kamala's discretion whether the appointment can be honored.
If rescheduling is required, your deposit will be retained as a late fee, and you will be required to re-book with a new deposit. Please note: your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You are required to cancel or reschedule 24-hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or schedule changes will result in your deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. You will be required to re-book with a new deposit. Please note: your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
All rescheduled appointments must be utilized within 60 days of the original service date.
